At our Toyota dealership in Goleta, CA, we care about the health and safety of our customers. During the current unprecedented situation surrounding the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, many people are being advised to remain at home and practice social distancing. If you have been advised to stay at home and don't want to leave your house for necessary auto service, know that Toyota of Santa Barbara can help with our pick-up and delivery service. Contact us if you're unable to bring your vehicle to us and we will happily arrange to pick up your vehicle, have it serviced at our certified Toyota service center and then deliver it back to you promptly.
Please make note of the following stipulations:
- As we currently have limited resources, if you have the ability to leave your home and bring your car in directly, please do not utilize our pick-up and delivery service. We encourage you to not take this opportunity away from the more vulnerable members of our community who need it most. We are all in this together, so please be courteous of your own and others' needs.
- If you are ill or under quarantine for COVID-19 contact or a positive diagnosis, please do not have us service your vehicle during this time. This ensures the protection of our employees and your neighbors.
- As this situation develops on a day-to-day basis, our staffing levels may vary from what our customers have traditionally been used to. We appreciate your patience as we try to help everyone we can in a timely and professional manner.
- Specific pick-up and drop-off times cannot be guaranteed.
- Our service is limited to an 8-mile range of the dealership.
