I just have to say after going through literally the moon and back with no resolutions , trying to buy a car from Santa Maria coming here was just flawless. Christy Neo and Jackson deserve love, flowers and some raises. Jackson contacted me as soon as I showed interest in the car and made the process super simple, sent an uber to come get me. Neo made sure that the car was washed and detailed and helped make sure I was comfortable before I left and Christy got me the best deal on my car. After experiences with multiple dealerships, I was skeptical to come here. I’m a more passive individual and I’ve struggled a lot in terms of being assertive. When I came here, I honestly didn’t expect much help and expected to be pressured into buying a car for an exorbitant price. Not only did Emmanuel, Luis, and Alex help me find the best car, but they helped me find the best deal. They were able to meet me where I was at and find me my dream car. They all helped support me and educate me, and they’re all extremely kind and genuine people. If you want to talk to people who will treat you as a person rather than a paycheck, come here. I can go on and on about the positive experience I had here, but a strangers words don’t mean much. Get over there and see for yourself!

I recently purchased a BMW 340i from Toyota Santa Barbara, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Leo Alfaro was the person who helped me throughout the entire process, and he made everything incredibly easy. Since I was buying the car from out of state and having it shipped to Washington, communication was very important. I had a lot of questions, and Leo always had the answers. He was friendly, professional, and always responded quickly to my calls and messages. He also kept me updated whenever paperwork needed to be completed, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. One thing I really appreciated was that Leo took the time to make videos of the car and show me its features before I committed to the purchase. From making the deal to having everything finalized with financing through my bank, the entire process only took about a week and a half. The only part I had to arrange myself was the shipping, but my BMW arrived in Washington about a week after the deal was completed. Before it was shipped, Leo made sure the car was fully detailed and even filled up the gas tank, which was a nice touch. The paint had a few very minor scratches, but nothing noticeable unless you’re the owner looking over every detail. No used car is perfect, and overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. If you’re considering buying from Toyota Santa Barbara, especially if you’re an out of state buyer like me, I highly recommend them. And if you get the chance, ask for Leo Alfaro he provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.
