TOYOTA OF SANTA BARBARA & SANTA BARBARA HONDA ACURA “SPIN-TO-WIN” PRIZE WHEEL PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

1. Sponsor This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Toyota of Santa Barbara and Santa Barbara Honda (“Sponsors”). Toyota of Santa Barbara, located at 5611 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117 and Santa Barbara Honda, located at 475 S Kellogg Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117. 

2. Eligibility The Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents physically present at the City of Goleta 4th of July Drone Lights Show, Goleta, California, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors, employees, and immediate family members of, and persons living in the same household as, Sponsors, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the City of Goleta are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsors decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. 

3. Promotion Period The Promotion begins at 6:00 PM Pacific Time on July 4, 2026 and ends at 9:00 PM Pacific Time on July 4, 2026, or when all limited-availability prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsors clock will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion. 

4. How to Enter Two methods of entry are available. No purchase or payment is necessary. (a) On-site entry: During the Promotion Period, visit the Sponsors booths at the event, complete the entry form with the required information (name, telephone number or email address, and confirmation of age and residency), and receive one (1) spin of the branded prize wheel. (b) Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) by mail: To enter without attending the event, hand-print your full name, address, email, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “Spin-to-Win AMOE Entry” on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Spin-toWin Promotion AMOE, Toyota of Santa Barbara, located at 5611 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117 or Santa Barbara Honda, located at 475 S Kellogg Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117. . Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 4, 2026 and received no later than July 11, 2026. Mail-in entrants will be entered into a separate random drawing for a prize of equivalent retail value to one (1) prize-wheel spin, conducted on or about July 14, 2026. Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Duplicate, illegible, mechanically reproduced, or incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries. 

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)Service prizes (unlimited availability – every on-site entrant will receive one of the following as awarded by the wheel): • Free oil change – ARV: $80
• Free car wash – ARV: $20
• Free tire rotation – ARV: $40
• Free multi-point inspection – ARV: $50
• $100 service credit – ARV: $100 

Premium prizes (limited availability – awarded while supplies last; removed from the wheel once depleted):
• $25 gas card – ARV: $25 – Quantity: [5]
• $25 retail gift card – ARV: $25 – Quantity: [5]
• $5 Starbucks gift card – ARV: $5 – Quantity: [5]
• Branded merchandise (t-shirt, mug, tumbler, or keychain) – ARV: up to $25 – Quantity: [0] 

Total Prize Pool ARV: approximately $565.00. 

Odds of winning a particular prize depend on the number of segments allocated to that prize on the wheel and the number of premium prizes remaining at the time of the spin. Each on-site entrant is guaranteed to win one prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted, redeemed for cash, or exchanged, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

6. Voucher Terms and Conditions Winners of service prizes and premium prizes will receive a printed voucher at the booth. Each voucher:
• Must be presented in original form (no copies) at Toyota of Santa Barbara or Santa Barbara Honda Acura to redeem.
• Is valid only for the prize indicated on its face and is not redeemable for cash, except as required by California law (Civil Code § 1749.5(b)(2): gift cards with a cash value of less than ten dollars are redeemable in cash).
• Expires twelve (12) months from the date of issuance (service prizes); promotional gift cards are subject to the no-expiration rule of California Civil Code § 1749.5 to the extent applicable.
• Is void if altered, defaced, or reproduced, or if obtained through fraud.
• Imposes no purchase obligation on the winner. Redemption does not require participation in any sales presentation, test drive, or other marketing activity.
• May be redeemed only by the original winner, who must present valid governmentissued photo identification matching the entry form. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification On-site prizes are awarded immediately based on the random landing position of the prize wheel. The AMOE drawing winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible mail-in entries on or about July 14, 2026 and notified by telephone or email within five (5) business days using the contact information provided. If the AMOE winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. 

8. Conditions of Participation By entering, each entrant agrees, on behalf of the entrant and the entrant’s heirs and assigns, to release, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Sponsors, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, the City of Goleta, and all eventrelated entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any travel or activity related thereto. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (iv) any human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize. 

9. Publicity Release Except where prohibited by law, by participating, each entrant grants the Sponsors permission to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, hometown, biographical information, prize information, and statements for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, or consideration. 

10. Taxes All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of any prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent prior to receiving a prize with an ARV of $600 or more in the aggregate. 

11. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsors Privacy Policy, available at ToyotaofSantaBarbara.com and SBHonda.com. By entering, you acknowledge that personal information will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Entrants may, but are not required to, opt in to receive future marketing communications from Sponsor. 

12. General Conditions Sponsors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Sponsors reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsors. Sponsors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

 13. Disputes Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsors in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. 

14. Trademarks Starbucks, Toyota, Honda, Acura, and all other third-party trademarks referenced in connection with prizes are the property of their respective owners. The owners of such trademarks are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or otherwise responsible for this Promotion. 

15. Winners List and Official Rules For a copy of the Official Rules or, after July 31, 2026, a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Spin-to-Win Promotion, Attn: Rules/Winners List, Toyota of Santa Barbara, located at 5611 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117 and Santa Barbara Honda, located at 475 S Kellogg Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117. Requests must be received by September 30, 2026.
